Emma Morgan has been a driving force in turning the Dunsborough Community Energy Project (South West Virtual Power Plant) from a technical concept, into a reality. The project will create Australia’s largest privately funded Virtual Power Plant using solar and battery solutions. It will enable communities to be up to 90% renewable and provide a valuable infrastructure solution for WA’s electrical grid.
Emma is the Lead Project Activator for the Dunsborough Community Energy Project and brings 20 yrs experience in Social and Community development. Her passion and commitment to this project has transformed it from a small start-up project, into a potential state wide Community Energy Asset that will continue to give benefits to participants and the environment, for many years.
